What working together actually looks like.

A high-touch service, by design. We work with a small number of partners at a time, and the engagement is meant to be long-term, calm, and mutually deepening. Here’s how it actually goes.

iThe arc

How an engagement unfolds.

The first introductions reach you in around four to six weeks. From there, the work settles into a steady, weekly rhythm.

Week 0

The first conversation.

Before anything begins, we have a real conversation. We’re checking fit, both ways — learning what your business is, what kind of growth you want, and whether what we do is right for you. If it’s not, we’ll tell you. We work with a small number of partners at a time, and the relationship matters too much to start it with the wrong people.

Week 1–2

Defining what good looks like.

Once we’re both in, we sit with you to define your criteria — the plain-language statement of what makes an opportunity genuinely good for you. Sector, stage, geography, values, profile, deal size: whatever shape “good” takes for your business. This becomes the lens every lead is judged through.

Week 2–4

Mapping your network.

We map your first-degree network — the people you’re already connected to — then begin the deeper work of understanding the second-degree connections that surround them. This is heavy lifting on our side; you don’t see it. By the end of this phase we have a quiet, internal picture of who in your network can reach whom.

Week 4–6

The first introductions arrive.

Around week four or five, the first surfaced leads and prioritized introductions reach your portal. Small batches, calmly delivered — each one with the company profile, the decision-maker, the warm path in, and a plain-language note on why it’s a fit. You review, give feedback, act on what resonates.

Ongoing

The rhythm, then the deepening.

From here it’s a steady cadence. New leads, new reports, new introductions appear on a weekly rhythm — small, considered, never overwhelming. We talk every month or so to check in and refine. Over time the network we’ve mapped grows, the criteria sharpen, and the introductions get more precise. The longer we work together, the more compounding the value becomes.

iiWhat you get, what you do

Heavy on us. Light on you.

The whole point of the service is that the work of finding warm introductions doesn’t fall on you. Here’s the asymmetry, in plain terms.

What arrives in your inbox

A small set of genuinely good opportunities, each week.

  • A curated set of new leads, surfaced calmly — never a flood.
  • A deep-dive Genuine Lead Report on each company: who they are, what they do, why they’re a fit, who the decision-makers are.
  • A prioritized list of specific introductions worth making — named connector, named decision-maker, named company, named path.
  • A clear warmth indicator on every recommendation, in plain language. Never a raw score, never a percentage.
  • Lightweight notifications. Never daily, never noisy — a quiet digest, not a feed.
  • A monthly conversation with us to review what’s working and refine your criteria.
What we ask of you

Read what we send. Tell us what to act on.

  • Read what arrives. Even just the summary is fine.
  • Tell us which introductions you’d like to make — we can broker them, or you can.
  • Show up for the monthly check-in.
  • That’s it.
Quiet, considered, on a real rhythm. That’s how we work.
